I want to invite you to a live zoom cook-a-long with me next week. It’s the first one I will be doing for paid subscribers since starting Dinner Tonight and I’m so excited.

We can cook together, whipping up a feast, you can ask questions (about anything!), we can chat, have a glass of wine and generally just have a nice time from my kitchen to yours. The nights are drawing in and on cold and rainy evenings, there is nothing better than cooking together.
We are cooking one of my favourite pasta dishes of all time. The most incredibly delicious take on a Pasta Alla Norma - a last chance love affair with the aubergines before their season comes to an end. And this is the perfect way to say goodbye. Seriously, this pasta is so good, I can’t wait! I serve my Pasta Alla Norma with an incredibly good cheat’s burrata swirled on the top which is so easy to make and so much cheaper than burrata, you’ll be making it all the time!
