Leek and Butter Bean Gratin with Pork Sausages
Serve as a main with a big green salad or to go alongside sausages, it's so good!
This is comforting, cosy and really very good. I love it with sausages but of course you could just serve it with a big green salad. This is very happy to be made ahead of time so you could get it ready the day before, or at the weekend and then bung it in the oven when you’re ready to eat. Nothing makes me feel more organised than making something like this at the weekend and then knowing I’ve got one weeknight supper sorted.
