This is my idea of a pasta salad. And actually my favourite way to eat spaghetti. A hot bowl of rich and creamy spaghetti scooped into a bowl and topped with a handful of sharp, peppery salad. It’s so good. Full of contrast in texture and temperature. Every bite allows you to get a little bit of everything.
